Preferences for product returns: We accept returns for defective and non-defective products.

Preferences for product exchanges: We accept exchanges.

The product’s condition that we accept for a return or exchange: We accept new and slightly used products. This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used.

Return Window: The amount of time a customer has to return a product: 7 days from the delivery date of the product.

Return Method: In store or by mail.

Currency that applies to this policy: USD (The amount will automatically be converted into the customer’s local currency).

A return label is included in each package.

Restocking Fee: No cost

Refund processing time: A maximum of 7 days from when the package is returned.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      Refunds

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

      Late or missing refunds

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Sale items

      Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges
